For a purchase through a future connected provider, email support@arolagblimited.store with your purchase email, date, plan and order reference. Never send full card details.
Review process
Duplicate charges, billing errors, access failures and other concerns are reviewed on their facts under the purchase terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Processing
Approved refunds normally return through the original provider. Timing depends on the provider and financial institution. Cancelling future renewal is separate from refunding a previous charge.
